CarInsuranceMY is an independent car insurance comparison and information platform for Malaysian consumers. We research, compare, and explain car insurance so you can make a confident, informed decision — without relying on an agent or renewing blindly every year.
Our site covers 32 car models, 16 BNM-licensed insurers, 33 how-to guides, and location-specific insurance information for 16 cities across Malaysia. All content is updated for 2026.
Our Mission
"Make car insurance transparent for every Malaysian driver."
The average Malaysian overpays by 15–30% on car insurance by auto-renewing without comparing. We exist to fix that.
How We Make Money
We are transparent about our business model. CarInsuranceMY earns affiliate commissions when users purchase car insurance through our partner platforms:
- Bjak — Malaysia's largest car insurance comparison platform (16 insurers)
- Shopee Insurance — car insurance with SPayLater installment payment
This commission does not affect our reviews or recommendations. We review all insurers independently based on claims ratings, pricing, workshop network, and customer experience. Insurers cannot pay to improve their ranking or review score on this site.
We also participate in Google AdSense, which displays advertisements on some pages.

We research insurance pricing, claims processes, and workshop networks independently. We do not accept payment for positive reviews.
